Who We Are and Why We’re Here
We’re Jim and Emily Snyder—co-founders of HERE 4 HELP, devoted parents to three incredible boys, and everyday people who’ve turned personal hardship into a beacon of hope. With my (Jim’s) 25 years of IT experience and Emily’s years in social work, plus her wisdom as a mother and our shared life experiences, we’ve navigated tough times together. After losing my job in 2022, it’s been a real struggle—scraping by on part-time work while searching for full-time for two years. But through faith, God has provided just enough to keep us going. We’re not backed by big money or influence; we’re driven by prayer, grit, and an unshakeable belief that no family should struggle alone. HERE 4 HELP is our answer to forgotten families, proving that with honesty, empathy, respect, and energy, we can restore dignity and create a world where hope isn’t a dream—it’s daily life.

We’ve walked the path you’re on. Right here in Lackawanna County, where working families’ strength still pulses beneath the surface, we’ve felt the weight of it all. Life’s been hard—endless challenges, no easy outs, just us, our boys, and our faith. We decided to stop watching the world go to crap. Every day you turn on the TV, something worse happens—no one’s coming up with a solution. So, Emily and I prayed, and God put the solution in our hearts. HERE 4 HELP was born from that divine clarity—not as charity, but as renewal. We’re proving that with faith as our guide, we can rebuild stronger. Our story isn’t unique; it’s yours too. And together, we’re writing the next chapter. We just need your help and everyone’s help who knows there’s a better way forward. We can’t start without us all—help us make this dream a reality.
The Awakening:

August 3rd marked our Awakening—a profound surrender where we handed our fears and dreams to God. In that clarity, we saw HERE 4 HELP as more than an idea—it was a divine blueprint for revival. Families aren’t failing; they’ve been forgotten. With faith as our compass and community as our hands, we’re proving renewal is possible. Not charity. Not theory. Action. This awakening ignited Equalism, our heart-led reimagining of capitalism, where fairness and faith ensure everyone thrives.

Equalism is the heart-roaring evolution of capitalism—an economy where people and technology seize the engines of progress, fused by fairness, purpose, and unshakable strength. It thunders with grit, guided by faith and conscience, and forged on one iron truth: when we think with a leader’s mind and lead with a servant’s heart, we all rise as one.
Equalism isn’t socialism or handouts—it’s capitalism with soul, honoring innovation while ensuring shared prosperity. Rooted in the golden rule, it values effort over hours, treating all as equals in a market where technology empowers fair distribution. It’s our foundation: a system where one job sustains a decent life, like in the 1950s, because why can’t we have that again?
